Such a cute story of a woman who goes to a small town for an inheritance from someone she had no idea existed. What she inherits is much more than she could ever imagine; a man, a family, a career, a new home, and her true happiness. Such a great story with a who done it thrown in. A book to read at the beach or by the fire.

  • Reaper by LeAnn Ashers

One look, that is all it took for Reaper to know that the baker was his.  She just didn’t know it yet.  He became her stalker, but in a good way.  Julia knew the biker was stalking her, and she didn’t really mind it.  He gave her something to look forward to other than her abusive mother and home life.  When Reaper see the abuse first hand, he kidnaps Julia to save her and keep her forever.  But, can you really kidnap the willing?  For love, Reaper will do anything for Julia.  Such a great story that touched my heart.

    Julia

He stalked me from the shadows, watched my every move.  I shouldn’t have felt safe, but I did.  He bid his time until the day came when he picked me up, threw me over his shoulder, and decided that I was his. I tried to fight the idea, but pretending that I didn’t want to be his, that I didn’t crave it? It lasted all but a few hours. I knew I was his.  Then my own mother tried to get revenge.  She came back with a horrible person from my past to steal me back.  Little did she know, I belonged to Reaper and nobody steals what’s his.

    Reaper

The moment I saw her I knew.  She was mine.  I watched her day and night, protecting her from afar. I waited until the time was right.  The second I saw her mother lay her hands on her? That was it. There was no holding back and certainly no going back.  She was in my home and in my bed.  She was my ole lady.  But someone from our past decided she was theirs. Stupid man. Nobody takes what’s mine.  I don’t care if I have to end the whole world in order to protect her.  Let the reaping begin.

  • Cannon by Sawyer Benett

Cannon is a widower who is trying to make a winning team.  He puts his all into it.  He has no life outside of hockey.  His only joy is his morning coffee with Ave at the coffee shop.  Ave can’t believe someone like Cannon would want anyone like her.  She was fooled by love once and it cost her everything.  But, there is something about Cannon she cannot resist.  Cannon and Ava both have really sad stories that had tears in my eyes.  They totally needed each other to heal and move on.  Another touching story from a great author.  Can’t wait for the next book.
Cannon West left his hockey playing days behind to care for his dying wife but has since found
success on the other side of the bench. Now, as the youngest head coach in league history, he’s hoping to lead the Pittsburgh Titans to a winning season. The last thing he’s looking for is a relationship, but life sometimes takes us in another direction.

The Pittsburgh Titans are still working to move on from the tragic plane crash that forever changed the landscape of their organization. Having lost my wife, I know all about grief and the guilt of survival which makes me uniquely equipped to take this team to the next level. From the very first time I stepped inside the Titans’ arena, I knew I was exactly where I needed to be.
New to town, I’m still establishing my routine, but I have the most important aspect under control
    — the coffee shop where I stop on my way to the arena every morning. A strong cup of java and the gorgeous manager who I can’t help but chat up is quickly becoming my favorite way to start the day. But no matter how much I enjoy the blush that stains Ava Cavanaugh’s cheeks with my admittedly awkward attempt at flirting, I know it will never be more than brazen banter with a new friend. My job consumes almost all my time, and I know firsthand what that level of commitment can do to a relationship.  That doesn’t mean I’m not open to some fun.
My career comes first, but Ava understands my boundaries. The only problem is that once I give into her temptation, the rules I set for myself become blurred, and my mixed signals hurt Ava—the one thing I promised I wouldn’t do. I’ve put myself in what seems to be an untenable situation, but I’ve faced those before. Now I need to find the strength to move past my fears, or risk losing my second chance at love with the woman who has stolen my heart.

  • Chaos by Kindle Alexander

Ok, at one point I was crying. Isn’t that an earmark of a fabulous book? I think so. This book has a lot of passion in it. Passion in love, family and friendship. Loyalty is everything. Dev and Cash have been soul touched since they were young. Now they have to work together to take down Fox and the other corrupted Disciples. I cannot wait for Justiice!

Dev Devilman Fox, the best ink slinger in town, is known for his sharp wit, angry fists and epically bad decisions. Becoming a lifelong patched member of the Disciples of Havoc MC at eighteen years old is probably the worst…but certainly not the only. When his hot new tenant catches his eye, Dev jumps in headfirst, ready to drive full throttle wherever that sexy road leads. That is until he finds himself on another hairpin turn, careening his life toward the closest brick wall.
Special Agent Cash Thomas has spent years undercover rooting out bad apples within various federal agencies. When his latest assignment brings him face to face with a sinfully tempting man from his past, his priorities shift on a dime. Now his reputation as a dedicated and focused field agent is in question. When faced with the opportunity to repay the man who once saved his life, smudging a few well-established lines is the least he’ll do.
When their paths collide can a bond from the past save their future or will it bury them under the chaos? Leathers might shield them from road rash, but they can’t protect them from heartbreak.
Chaos is a suspenseful motorcycle club romance with strong male leads. A stand-alone story in the Tattoos and Ties series. If you like sexy alpha males ready to take on the world for the one they love and intriguing storylines with many twists and turns, give Chaos a try.

Best Selling Author Kindle Alexander is an innovative writer, and a genre-crosser who writes classic fantasy, romance, suspense, and erotica in both the male/male and male/female genres. It’s always a surprise to see what’s coming next!
I live in the suburbs of Dallas where it’s true, the only thing bigger than an over active imagination, may be women’s hair!

Usually, I try for funny. Humor is a major part of my life – I love to laugh, and it seems to be the thing I do in most situations – regardless of the situation, but jokes are a tricky deal… I don’t want to offend anyone and jokes tend to offend. So instead I’m going to tell you about Kindle

I tragically lost my sixteen year old daughter to a drunk driver. She had just been at home, it was early in the night and I heard the accident happen. I’ll never forget that moment. The sirens were immediate and something inside me just knew. I left my house, drove straight to the accident on nothing more than instinct. I got to be there when my little girl died – weirdly, I consider that a true gift from above. She didn’t have to be alone.

That time in my life was terrible. It’s everything you think it would be times about a billion. I love that kid. I loved being her mother and I loved watching her grow into this incredibly beautiful person, both inside and out. She was such a gift to me. To have it all ripped away so suddenly broke me.

Her name was Kindle. Honest to goodness – it was her name and she died a few weeks before Amazon released their brand new Kindle ereader. She had no idea it was coming out and she would have finally gotten her name on something! Try finding a ruler with the name Kindle on it.. It never happened.
Through the course of that crippling event I was lucky enough to begin to write with a dear friend in the fan fiction world of Facebook. She got me through those dark days with her unwavering support and friendship. There wasn’t a time she wasn’t there for me. Sometimes together and sometimes by myself, we built a world where Kindle lives and stands for peace, love and harmony. It’s its own kind of support group. I know without question I wouldn’t be here today without her.

Grady and Aspen might have been brought together be art, but their bond goes deeper than skin deep. Both have members of their family go missing, so they really get “it”. One of the two gets closure on more than one front. The other does not. Isn’t that how it is in reality? Not everyone always gets a total HEA. Luckily when it come to love, Grady and Aspen DO get their HEA. Love how there is more than one story line in this book, however, I hope it resolves in the next book.

Dragon Secret (D.O.A. #10)Dragon Secret by Cree Storm
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Wiz always knew his dragon was special and had secrets. When a serial bully keeps telling boys to kill themselves and they do, Wiz feelslike it isall his fault. With the help of the newest members of DOA, they try and find out who the bully is. During the investigation, Wiz finds out that the detectives are his mates. Together with his mates and his secretive dragon, they try to find the bully and save future boys from death and find out their dragon’s big secret. I understand being bully. I was the fat girl for years and was made fun of it until I was in tears. Suicide is not the answer to bullying even though it might seem to be. If you or someone you know is contemplating suicide, please call or text 988 for help.

Rocky Start (A-List Security #4)Rocky Start by Annabeth Albert
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Avery and Malik are workmates. Avery always supressed a side of himself, which is probably why his relationships with women always failed. When thrown together on another film set, Avery gives in to that side. Malik is so sweet and patient with Avery. Together, they discover sides of themselves they kept hidden for a long time. Self discovery and passion leads to a book you need to read.

Who knew there was another DOA group? Blade and some of the other Poconos crew travel to New Mexico to help DOA2 find missing people and find out the identity of a mystery man that showed up at their door. I really love the relationship Blade has with his dragon. Best friend and more. I know each DOA member’s dragon shares their soul, but Blade’s is deeper than that. I also really enjoy the new species of paranormal we are interoduced to. Orion is sent by Heck to help all of DOA for what they are about to face.

Seeing Is Believing (P.D.A. #1)Seeing Is Believing by Cree Storm
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

If anyone has read any of my reviews of this author, you know how much I enjoy any new world she creates. This new series is no different for me. Paranormal Detective Agency (PDA) is a new group of humans and paranormals who look at crimes and find out who did it? Was it really a paranormal or someone trying to sabatoge them now that humans know about the Paranormal world. Vampires, Psychics, humans and shifters all work together to have them all live in peace. But we all know that isn’t how things go. I love how Soren and Ashe worked seemlessly together before they knew they were mates. Their souls sang to each other. Love that saying. Can’t wait for the next book!

Wolf's Little Imp (Bratburg Daddies Book 3)Wolf’s Little Imp by Cooper McKenzie
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The name of the book confuses me as the main male character calls his love his “Little Warrior”, but that is the only criticism I can give this book. Poppy only defended herself against a creep, and is given a choice of either going to Bratburg or work with the creep to fix damage to his club. You know what her choice was! Diego knows Poppy is his from the start. She is into Paranormal Daddy books, so his secret isn’t upsetting to her. I thought it funny that Poppy calls Diego “Papi”. Poppy/Papi. Some action from a bully and a great amount of passion in a cabin makes me want to read the next book as soon as possible.

Drake (Pittsburgh Titans #5)Drake by Sawyer Bennett
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Brienne needs to make sure the Titans comes back from tragedy. Not doing so is not an option. After leaving negotiations to other people with no acceptable results, Brienne embraces the saying “If you want something done and done right, do it yourself.” I love her ‘get it done’ attitude, yet she isn’t afraid to say she is sorry for something she did. Drake was wrongly cancelled from the NHL because of his ex-wife. Even when vindicated, no one wanted him. He was content being a retired single father to his boys, until Brienne came to see him. Now he is a Titan and he and Brienne cannot stay away from each other and really don’t want to. Friends with benefits becomes more. Drake and Brienne melts the ice and heart.
