Just Breathe Again

Just Breathe AgainJust Breathe Again by Mia Villano
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is definitely a read that you will need your tissue box with you at all times. It will tear year heart into pieces, then take those pieces and just totally make mincemeat out of them. This is a heavy, heavy book to read, but so worth it.

Jeannie suffers loss times two and even though she would have loved to lose herself at well, she couldn’t. She did what she had to survive for her children. Just when she thought the darkness would stay forever, peeks of sunshine break through from the place she least expected it to.

Kane knows loss too. Not like Jeannie, but no one person’s loss is the same. With a few things in common, they learn to lean on each other.

By the end of this book, that mincemeat heart you have will be molded back into a heart, but it will never be the same again.
