Weightloss & Texas Pride!
Good Morning Lovelies! I lost 1.5 pounds this week, after a 2.5 gain during my vacation last month. So I have 5 pounds to lose in order for me to get my 25 pound star. I pray to every deity that I do that soon! Please feel free to share with my your weight loss journey with me below. I would love to loose weight with you! This month’s Weight Watcher’s topic is: Is it Worth it? Do you ever calculate the points of a food and ask yourself that question? Please share!
Anyway, this weekend I read a book by Kindle Alexander, Texas Pride. Since I read all my books on my Kindle, reading Kindle on my Kindle was very interesting. Texas Pride was a very sweet love story. Here is the blurb from Kindle’s website.

I really connected with both characters and every hint of what was to come was addressed at the end of the story. There is something about certain books that I have noticed. At some point in the book the writer puts a fact of some sort in the book and as you read you are waiting for it to be addressed and it never does. Then you are like but then why did you put it in there. But, thank you Kindle, that didn’t occur in this book.Ciao!Karen

Spotlight on Joyee Flynn
Joyee Flynn is one of my favorite authors. In fact, I have read every book she has written to date.
On my vacation last week, I read four of her books and each one was a joy to read. I give them all ❤❤❤❤. I would have given them all 5 hearts, but I want them longer !!!!! heheheheh…. So here are the books I read:

Vacation Gain
Well today I weighed in an had a 2.4 pound gain. A little upset but having soda and having my period last week it is not a shock I gained.
Back to basics. I want my 25 pound star!
